For some reason, it’s only showing Supernatural season 11 to 14, and only 9 of the episodes from season 14.
While i have Season 1 through 15, all the same correct naming scheme, all mkv, they play fine in VLC, just Plex aint showing it properly.

I have been searching the forum, have tried the Plex Dance with files and rescans, rights and users, nothing works.
For no reason that makes any sense, only some seasons are showing up.
Any clues ? I’m running Plex as a service app on the Synology DiskStation DS418play NAS.
your files names / folder structure seem to be ok.
have you already checked if the episodes are recognized by Plex but mismatched as duplicates of some other show / season / episode?
e.g.
switch your tv show library to display episodes and filter by “duplicates”
open the loaded seasons and check if the episodes show a blue(isn) square on their poster with a number (indicating the number of “versions” of that episode Plex has found)
Another option… have you checked permissions for those files… it seems unlikely but it’s worth a check?
Last (for now)… are the missing files different in any way (e.g. different formats / file types that Plex might have ignored like ISOs)?
They are not showing any Duplicates.
The Rights and Permissions i had already checked and now checked again and are fine.
There is literally no difference between the structure of the seasons, ALL are aptly named and all are of the MKV format. No file corruption to be found either…
As a last measure i added the Library again, and this seems to has “Fixed” the issue though !
After re-adding the Library and Scanning, for some magical reason Supernatural is showing all 15 Seasons properly now !
I’m quite surprised that shuffling the files and re-scanning didn’t fix the issue in the first place however…
