I have a question if anyone encounter similar issue about streaming from PLEX.
Issue is that some videos for some reason dont strem fast enough for smooth playback. For example:
There is movie A and B and my friends 1 and 2 who watch movies. Both movies are more or less the same (.mkv 10bit HEVC 10Mbps 4k resolution). When my friend 1 plays movie A everything is OK but when he plays movie B it starts to choke bandwidth for no reason and movie lags but if friend 2 plays same movie B suddenly everything is OK.
So issue is related somehow to specific user with specific movies. Is there something that can choke bandwidth for porpouse? Or is there something related to internet connection between my friend?
Internet connection test have no issue (enough speed to stream on both sides) but even though some movies do not stream fast enough and buffering often.
Is there a way how to test PLEX bandwidth capacity between server and client?
I have public IPv4 and opened port so there should be no relay connection. But still is there a way how to disable relay connection to be sure?
