So recently we have the following error host, was migrated to new physical server and there is very litte issues with our internet performance.

Something went wrong plaving vour media. Please try again. Could not direct play because: Not enough bandwidth for direct plav of this item. Required bandwidth is 3923 mbps and only 720kbps is available. Could not transcode because: Not enough Cpu for conversion of this item.

Works perfect inside the network but anything outside gets that error ?

What is your current Nvidia drivers version? Is it current release ?

PMS just updated the transcoder which will also bump the minimum version requirement for the Nvidia drivers.

In the future – VERBOSE is not needed. It generally makes more noise than value and shortens log retention to 2 minutes. DEBUG logging is the default and preferred.
