"Something Went Wrong" When Accessing Any Collection

I have been unable to access the contents of any collection in any library. When clicking into a collection I get the “Something Went Wrong” error message.

I have tried deleting the libraries and adding them again. Thinking it was related to the automatic collections feature I removed Plex entirely and started fresh without the automatic collections option. I have tried using Optimize Database and DBRepair. Nothing seems to work.

Any guidance into how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated
