"Something went wrong"

I was in my account yesterday and everything was fine, Today, I cannot load ANYTHING. I tried to create the libraries again, and now nothing gets loaded up. I know I’ve added the libraries correctly. I’re restarted everything, updated the app…nothing helps.

Someone please help.

Can you provide more details? What version of PMS are you running and on what platform? Which Plex client are you using?

Version 1.24.1.4931. I’ve got a Mac snd PMS is on my TerraMaster NAS.

I still have not had any progress in getting PMS to work. Any thoughts? I cannot use it whatsoever aside from simply logging in.

That error could mean something did not get installed properly. I would recommend disabling Plex Media Server, and then re-enabling the version from the appstore then upgrade to the current one.
