Something Wrong with Plex Account

I’m having a weird issue with my Plex Account. My server disappeared and would not load. So I formatted, deleted all of the Devices from my account and re-installed. I setup as normal, closed my browser, re-opened and the server would not appear. None of my friend’s servers that are shared with me are showing up either.

I created a new junk account as a test, I can create a new server without a problem. I had my friend share his server with me and it works fine. I’m not sure why my normal account is so messed up.

With no server of my own, I go to the Plex.TV site and it just shows an Unexpected Error. I’m a long time Plex Pass member and an IT sys admin. I’m just now completely lost as I think it is something specific to my account and not the device I’m signed in on.

Hi there. Looking at your account, I see that there was an issue. Your server was contacting Plex.tv too many times trying to get the SSL certificate. I think you may be trying too fast deleting and recreating your server. Try logging out from your server, wait an hour, then log back in. This should eventually clear up, but I don’t know how long it will take.

It looks like it finally started working now. I’m not sure what happened. It had been down all day. I stupidly formatted and I’ll have to rebuild my libraries, not that it’s a huge deal. I’ll leave it be for a bit of time. I don’t think it pulled the SSL cert yet still since I’m showing Not Secure still when I go to the site.
