So i play the exact same episode of TPB on my iphone or xbox, then the exact same episode on my PC, and its a completely different episode. Ive already tried the update libraries thing, doesnt help. Whats going on here?
Inspect the Plex media info of that episode. I have a hunch that there are actually 2 different files under it.

→ Naming & Organizing Your Movie Files
Plex Media Server version? 1.32.8.xxxx, 1.40.1.yyyy, etc.
What is the correct season/episode for the Santa Clause episode?
Please show which folder is added to the TV show library:
- Edit the library → Add Folders
- Take a screenshot and add it to the thread (drag it into the message window, it will insert at the cursor location)
Please show how you have the files named and organized. Directory listing, File Explorer screenshot, output of tree /f /a command, etc.
This usually comes down to naming and organization. Plex has specific requirements for TV shows. Make sure you follow them closely.
For example:
/tv shows <-- folder added to TV show library
../Trailer Park Boys (2001) <-- ShowName (IntroYear)
..../Season 04 <-- "Season" in English
....../Trailer Park Boys (2001) s04e01.mkv <-- sXXeYY important
