This has happened rather frequently. Sometimes when I add new material, the metadata does not find any match. When checking manually, it simply says “no match found”. After I reboot the server, the matching works fine again. It has happened occasionally, maybe once per month. What could be the cause of this? And have others encountered this issue?

Looks like some kind of networking problem. Based on the 1st set of logs, your server fails to connect to the Plex backend right from starting it.
Could be some rogue firewall / blocking software or configuration on your host that’s preventing Plex from communicating.
OK interesting. Strange that it works fine for some days, but then this happens and reboot fixes it. I will check the firewall. I did also notice that it at that time ir also shows “remote access” was not working (even though it was becaese I was watching things from a 4G tablet) But after reboot it shows as green and the match works too.
