Sometimes loosing outside network connection

Hello, I have set up my Plex Server on a Raspberry Pi 3b some weeks ago and have been monitoring the performance since then.
Sometimes the server looses the connection to the outside network (exposed host). I can then click in the web player to try to connect again and that works.
Maybe this is when my FritzBox 7590 gets connected to internet again every morning? Can I tell the server to automatically try to reconnected to the outside network?

I have set up my fritz.box to use the raspberry pi as “exposed host” using the port 32400.
