Song playback starts at the middle/end of song

This problem seems to be getting much worse over time, to the point that I would say a majority of songs start playback not at the beginning of the song.

I do have “store track progress” on under music library settings. If this setting is the cause of these errors, this functionality should be reviewed and maybe just set to a “Remember last track” for music.
