Good morning, I have been with any Plex player, Desktop, Android, Ipad for a long time. When I play the music library, the songs do not start at the beginning, but randomly start either at the end or in the middle of the song.

Edit your “music” library
go to the “Advanced” tab
clear the checkbox “Store track progress”
