I’m new here so I hope I present my issue correctly in order to get some help/suggestions.
I run my Plex server on a WD NAS My Cloud PR4100, I activated the Sonic Analysis option and it took about 3 months to complete the whole thing running continuously. Sometimes my internet connection is not the best and when I go to friends houses I take with me an exact copy of my music library in a small external hard drive, I was wondering if it would be at all possible to create a separate Library or Server under the same account (Plex Pass account) so when I take my laptop and hard drive with music in it I can just use the DJ function, but I don’t want to have to wait another 3 months for the system to perform the Sonic Analysis all over again on the hard drive with an exact copy of my main music library, would it be possible to copy the Sonic Analysis data over to the laptop and skip that process all together since the hard drive contains an exact copy of the main music library?
