Player Version#: 4.64.3
Hi,
I’m quite new to Plex and this is my first thread in this forum. So apologies in advance: I might not provide the correct logs immediately and will most probably ask more than ususally necessary.
My problem:
I activated Sonic Analysis using the web app via Google Chrome. It started to work, but after ca. 500 albums, the analysis got stuck. Since then, the animation around the “Statistics” button in the upper right keeps rotating, but the number of albums to process doesn’t change anymore – for several days already. It also doesn’t seem to care anymore when I change the time for “scheduled tasks”. Right now for example, 10 am, the window for scheduled tasks should be closed for more than an hour already. Restarting Windows 10 also didn’t change the fact that the animation around “Statistics” keeps rotating.
I also tried this (what got suggested in the comments of the blog announcement of Super Sonic):
- Change the server setting to “as a scheduled task and when media is added”
- Quit and restart Plex Media Server
- Do a “Scan for Library Files” on the music library
- Once the scan finishes, it should start analyzing the remaining albums and continue doing so
… Didn’t help unfortunately.
Which log files do you need?
The whole ZIP archive from the “Troubleshooting” section? (That’s 133 files.)
I’m using WD My Cloud PR4100 with the newest firmware version. Also Plex is up-to-date.
Thanks in advance.
