Does the sonic matching work across servers and/or libraries? If not, can it be made to?
I tried a simple test. Same plex user account, 2 plex servers (let’s call them A and B) on two different Linux servers. B begins as a copy of A. Side-by-side, looking at sonically-similar artists in B shows the same list as A… Then I add a new artist’s (call her X) CD to B. Everything updates. Now an artist in B (call her Y) shows the new artist (X) as a sonically similar one. On server A, though, Artist Y does not show X as sonically similar.
It would be great to see all sonically similar artists / albums across all the libraries/servers to which the plex user has access. Would be a great way to find new music and/or expand listening sessions.
