Sony AF9 - Player stuck on pause always and cannot unpause

So today i was watching movie as usual and when i pause it and turned off my TV screen, when get back the player refused to unpause the movie. The button was showing that it’s not on pause, the time was not moving and the scene too. I can forward any amount of time and the new scene will be there but its still on pause. As i said the button is switching between modes but there is no resposne.
The other thing is that if i go back to the movie library the app restarts itself.

I tried another movies from 4k to 1080p and nothing happened, only one movie was able to play BDRip.x264.

Am playing them at direct play.
