Sony TV - How to install OpenPHT ?

Hi, i just bought a new Sony Android tv and installed Plex.
Now i`m trying to figure out how to install this software but did not find any guide!

OpenPHT does not run on Sony TV.

Raspberry Pi 3 is a good cheap client (£50ish).
