To replace some audio chromecast I’m thinking to use some Raspberry 3 I have already. I succeeded to configure Wifi on it with LibeElec so everything is going well so far. My only issue is how to get audio on jack output of Raspberry ?? I have tried the 3 Alsa options offered in settings of PMP but no success, it always goes out through HDMI which is not an option as audio will go ut directly on some amplified speakers (audio only zones !⁾.
Thanks

Server Version#: 1.13.9.5439-7303bc002
Player Version#: 3:72 (latest version avalaible on Plex ftp)
When I tried this with an older version, I had to type in this in a terminal window amixer cset numid=3 1
There might be a better way to do it, actually.
I remember a thread for Rasplex around here somewhere, but I can’t find it anymore.
However, if you are considering an audio-only client, I recommend you to set up a headless Rasplex on your Pi.
It can already do what no other Plex client currently can: gapless playback and loudness levelling. It needs a bit of tinkering though.
Thanks for the trick it still works on current image I have putted it in startup script of LibreElec !
Yep thanks for suggestion but looks like PMP solution is easier to setup and get working (unless it’s able to do video too which is useless in my case !).
