Sounds drops on Live TV only

When I start Live TV, the audio will continuously drop while playing the channel, this happens on all channels.
I do not have any audio issues during playback of recordings or local media files. I don’t have audio issues with other apps.
The Live channels will play fine on the HDHomerun app on the Shield.

UPDATE: If I tune to a channel that is 720p and select Playback Settings and change Quality to convert automatically the sound will work fine. Even if I change Quality back to Play Original Quality the sound is solid and plays fine.
If I tune to a channel that is 1080p I have to change the Quality to Convert Automatically then back to Play Original Quality for the sound to be solid and play fine.

The live TV playback Info:
Direct Play (MPEG2VIDEO) and (AC3 5.1) audio

Are these problems on Plex Web only ?

Is there a difference between the hosted Plex Web app (via https://app.plex.tv/desktop) and the bundled Plex Web app (via http://local-ip-of-PMS:32400/web) ?

If it is on Plex Web only, is this Plex Web setting ticked?

Settings / Plex Web / Debug / Show Advanced / Use alternate streaming protocol for video playback

Does changing this setting and saving the changes make a difference to the Playback?

Does playback on other plex clients eg on Plex or iOS on iPhone or iPad have issues?

Will need deeper investigation - at the moment trying to establish if Plex Web only

My apologies for submitting the wrong log file. This issue is only happening on the Nvidia Shield Plex App. I have a Chromecast with Google TV in the master bedroom and it does not experience the same issue. I have also tested with an Android table and it does not experience the sound issue.

Only experiencing the sound drop when using the Plex app on the Nvidia Shield.
Only occurs on Live TV channels from the HDHomerun turner.
Recordings from Live TV, Local Media and streaming channels do not experience sound issues.
