Plex Live OTA DD 5.1 Sound Issue - DD5.1 Dropping In/Out

First time posting. Hope I’m doing this right.

Server Version#: Plex on NUC8i5BEHS Windows 11 Pro
10.0.22000 Build 22000 (kernel: 10.0.22000 Build 22000)
CPU 8 cores / Intel(R) Core™ i5-8260U CPU @ 1.60GHz RAM: 32 GB
Player Version#: Client Plex app on Nvidia Shield TV 2019 (Not the Pro. The tube)
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun HDHR5-2US Connect Duo Dual Tuner
Guide/Lineup name: Plex Live Guide
Using XMLTV?: No
Channel number/Name: All OTA Channels

The sound - along with DD indicator on my sound bar - cuts in and out every few seconds. If I let it go long enough and/or restart Plex app, it’ll sometimes resolve itself. But it sometimes takes several tries & several minutes.

My setup is pretty simple. Vizio DD 5.1 sound bar (HDMI Arc) 2019 Shield (HDMI 1) Samsung 4k (2016 Model).

Is there a setting (server, client, or otherwise) I need to enable/disable or tweak that could resolve this?

I reported a similar problem with the Nvidia shield and DD 5.1

Haven’t found a fix but did discover that after I tune a DD 5.1 station, then do a 10 second rewind, that the sound gets back in synch.
