South Park PlugIn on Windows

I’m using Plex to watch my tv shows on my iPad, but i really miss the South Park Plugin for Windwos/iOS Devices. Is there any way to use this on my iPad?

I think that the SouthPark plugin is Flash based. If this is the case, then it will not work with a Windows Server. I believe that the developers have this in their backlog but no date as yet as to when we should expect Silverlight/Flash support on Windows/Linux server variations.
