Your Lawyers can ask “Nicholas Levvy - MyVPNHouse - 1-877-745-1560” how he got to the mail-adresses.

We know “how” the got the email addresses, and that is all they have if everyone followed Plex’s instructions.
They got them by buying them (or trading or they are the original hackers) frow the data breach a couple of years ago.
Just delete the junk emails and move on. There is nothing really to worry about unless you are still using the same password from when the breach happened.
BTW: NEVER click on any links in emails from people or companies you don’t know.
