I have been searching for a solution with no results… My minor complaint is that of the Season Total for all of my TV Series. I have a Specials folder including all the Specials/etc. videos for each TV Series and it always adds to the total number of seasons for that TV Series. Is there an option or can there be an option to disable this?
For Example… I have many shows that only consist of 1 season, but extras from the DVD create a Specials directory and the total number of seasons for that show add up to 2. This is false information and I would greatly appreciate to fix this as an option to “not include” specials in the season total.
If this is possible, please let me know… Otherwise, suggestion for a future update. Thanks in advance!
I would love to see this implemented like this:
If I have these…
- Season 0 (10 items)
- Season 1 (20 items)
- Season 2 (20 items)
…then the current behavior is to show this as ‘3 Seasons’. I would like the season count to say ‘2 Seasons + Specials’ instead.
Additionally current behavior would show ‘50’ episodes as unwatched. I would rather see this listed as ‘40+10’ on the badge icon to distinguish episodes from specials on this count. (If there are no specials, then just display a flat number BUT the situation where all episodes have been watched with unwatched specials could be represented as ‘0+10’).
As a bonus, I would also like the ability to distinguish ‘Season 0’ folder from ‘Specials’ folder. I bring this up here because enabling this could be used to return season 0 for the season count which can be useful when there is a miniseries that kicks of a TV show for instance while still allowing the specials to be kicked off to a separate count as described above while marking these as have to watch items. (A bonus on top of a bonus here would be to treat Season 0 as the first on deck episodes to watch).
