Specify a manual ip Plex Media Server

Hi, the situation is the following:
i installed Plex Media Server on a PC with Ubuntu 16.04 server with two network cards. I have two routers.
192.168.1.200 only for internal connections to the LAN
192.168.2.200 has the connection to the outside.
Plex connects only to 192.168.1.200 but I would like him to use the 192.168.2.200.
I investigated both on the internet and on the forums but have not found solutions.
Can you please help me?

plex always try to use the eth0 card (or the primary network card)… that was my experience with a nas wich have 4 networks

Plex uses by default the first network interface where a valid gateway address is defined.
If your first ethernet adapter has no internet connection, it also should have no gateway defined.
