Now, just to make it clear, I will forever be in debt to Baa, Roidy and f00b4r for developing Plexconnect. It has transformed my media usage substantively and the community around Plexconnect has been a pleasure to participate in. But I have noticed a slow down in development of late and was wondering if it is a sign that Plex Inc. has let the team know that a Plex client will soon be made available as a native app on the Apple TV, especially considering the rumblings about an App Store being added to the ATV within the next few months.
Yes, the star ratings. I realize they eventually are displayed but you have to first get to the play screen to see them. Is it not possible to display them as you browse your collection? This is one place where Kodi/XBMC has always been convenient. Plex seems to want you to click a zillion times before getting to the meat. PlexConnect is better that way. I realize you have to get the ratings from PMS so there probably isn’t much that can be done. For example, one filter that would be handy would be to display recent additions and sort them by ratings or vice versa. If you only sort by ratings you end up with older entries.
