Spongebob Specials

Good afternoon! I have several of the Spongebob specials. According to TVDB, they are listed under specials. I know that plex needs specials to be placed in a folder called “Specials” or “Season 0” and that the file names need to be “BlahBlahWhatever - S00E01.mkv”. My issue is that while Plex finds the files, it does not populate the episodes with any information from TVDB. It’s not even wrong information, it’s just none at all. It shows up in Plex under Specials, as just “Episode [number]” with no further information. I was wondering if anyone knew exactly what Plex needs in the file name to locate the “Specials” season information from TVDB.

What version of the server are you running. I know there was an issue with some the tv agent and getting info when the language as not english at times in version 1.0.3

Oh, my. This probably should have been step one. Update. I’m using server Version 0.9.16.4 on Linux.

yeah that’s pretty old. there were definitely fixes since 1.1.0 for metadata when english was not library language.

Well, English is my primary, and only language. :slight_smile:

Unfortunately, updating didn’t work. Any other ideas?
