Adding TheSportsDB.com as an Agent to better handle Sports Metadata.
There is an agent sportscanner
It is not being maintained anymore but works for most naming, I haven’t figured out how to get the thumbnails imported for episodes eg F1 Italy grand Prix.
But it does pick out posters and if you follow the naming it gets that as well.
Need someone from the Plex team to look at it and get it working as the database is getting real good now and they cover loads of stuff.

also it got a few updates in the last couple of days. one is a fix for the Posters issue you mentioned.
Hi. I have been trying to get it to work, and I have not being able to in my test bed.
Can someone tell me the exact naming convention they are using?
I have Plex installed on QNAP NAS as well as Windows for testing.
It would also be nice if while we is using this, opens up requests with Plex, so they can maybe finish it, and make it part of Plex.

The SportScanner is now working pretty well but naming has to be exact to what is on the site.
What if anything are you using to pull your files from (sonarr, etc?) Or are you manually pulling from a site?
These are mainly extended highlights from youtube or any other site that holds them. then I use the names in TSDB to name them and it pulls all the art work.

I tried using the SportScanner agent with my FIFA World Cup files and I can’t get it to work either.
