Playing a MKV video encoded with HEVC and AAC 5.1. AAC transcodes to AC3 as usual with Roku, but dashboard also shows MKV transcoding to MKV, rather than a Direct Stream copy. External SRT subtitle file properly named. Dashboard shows subtitles are being copied.
Problem: English forced subtitles are selected but won’t display. English SDH subtitles in the same SRT file also do not display. Oddly, French subtitles in the file display fine.
Everything works normally using Fire Stick and Shield clients.
EDIT: Discovered the problem is the same using the non-preview Roku client, so this is not unique to the preview. Is this a known problem with Roku?
