i think i need a cert reset

local server page says remote access is good but app.plex.tv says cannot access securely

Just got home and restarted. Still seeing the same issue. Any other things I can try?

Can i get a cert reset too everything i sgreen but i cant access it on my own network everyone outside can

[mod edit: your certificate is brand new. So that’s most likely not the culprit. See Client says it won't play from "remote server", although the server is local for a few things to check. If there are more questions, please create your own forum thread. ]

Could I also get certificate reset? My Nvidia Shield TV server status is Indirect.

The Shield internal storage still has 3.5GB available so I don’t think that is the issue.
