Anyone know if this is an issue with ios 5.3 (6.1.4) for the atv2? If yes can you just install this .deb to fix it if you are on a jailbroken atv2?

If you are jailbroken you can just search for sslpatch on cydia to fix the exploit.
If you are unjailbroken update to ios 6.1.6 or 7.0.6 to fix the exploit.
If you are on OSX you can install 10.9.2 to fix it as well.
