Starting video playlist from the middle

Say I have a playlist of videos, and I want to start watching that playlist from the 3rd video. How do I do that?

I have a Playlist with all the episodes from one season of a show except episode 7. If I open episode 6 from the playlist and press play, I expect the next episode to play to be the next one in the playlist, episode 8, but instead I get episode 7.
