I am looking to see if I it is possible to have a static link to share my libraries with. We have a family intranet and I would like to post the link there to any of my family members can sign up without me having to add each one of them.
I tested the links that are set to the email and they are different per user I share it with.
Or is there anyway to auto share my plex media server with a user/family member without me having to add them one at a time?

You’re currently stuck with the classic way of inviting a user individually through the related settings and them signing-up in order to accept that invite. https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing
There’s a feature suggestion on this matter (cannot find it at the moment).
According to their blog, Plex is currently working on a feature called “single-item sharing” – however I suppose that’ll also require your family members to have an account for themselves (managed accounts within your Plex Home should also work). That being said… with Plex there’s no ETAs or specific announcements as for when to expect that feature to arrive in the real product (already quite surprising to see it in the blog).

Yes they will all have a plex account not be a managed user.
