Statistics stops unexpectedly

Hello,

Sometimes, unexpectedly, statistics stops until i reboot the server app or the entire server.

(The 18th and 19th are missing in this screenshot)

The information is present in the reading history.

Is there a way to reconstruct all of these stats?

Thank you for your help

How to escalate the problem higher?

Precisions if needeed :

  • Synology DS1019+
  • DSM 7.0-41890
  • Plex 1.24.2.4973-7000

Other informations on demand.

Thank you very much.

I’m afraid I don’t have much of an idea here. So when you click on “View Full History” in the top left of the chart, it shows all plays? But that the day-by-day breakdown chart doesn’t show these days at all?

Do these missing days show up again after a reboot of the server?

Do any more days show up on the chart if left alone (indicating it falls a bit behind, but eventually does show each days data)?

If you change the users tracked, do these missing days show up?
If you change the media type tracked, do these missing days show up?
If you change the time-scale, do the days show up?

Basically, I feel like we may need to analyze whether the data is there and it shows up later.
Or if the chart for specifically “all users, all media, last 7 days” stops working.
Or ALL charts.

what must it be when you have a lot of idea !

absolutely. Not just in the day by day chart but in all charts.

No.

The chart stops and restard only on service or server restart.
The full history continue to record events.

It’s a sort of black hole. All charts stops, regardless of any parameters, and will only restart when i reboot the server.

This screnshot was taken the 19th :

The 17th is incomplete and the 19th count starts only when i restart the server.

During the 18th, there was a lot of media from different types and users that were used.

I think i have found the origin of the problem : statistics seems to stop when i launch a big transfert to or from the usb disk connected to the NAS.
I have to make some test to confirm it but…
