I can see from the Dashboard - Top Users that users have multiple plays, however when I click View Play History, I get the message “Nothing to see here”.
Play History filters are set correctly.
Something is not working.

Some play histories appear, but most do not.
Seems like the problem began after the last server update.
The repair/restore steps look a bit involved, so will try this soon, as time permits.
Same issues here. Worked fine until last week.
I’m having the same issue. Looking at the history over the past few months, it fails to log my activity only. It does however log other users play history correctly. Strange, anyone have any insight into this?

Running on Ubuntu Mate 20.04
My particular issues appears to have been solved. I cleared all authorised players and logged back in on all devices. Plex server now seems to now be logging all my plays/activity.
I noticed the now playing didn’t show a user playing on my Shield TV. Despite having access on my Shield TV and being being able to play content, Doing the above sorted the issue.
Hi all! I am running Version 1.19.4.2935, and have had no Play History or Top User information compiled on my Dashboard since the end of June. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.
