I am using the Steelseries Arctis 7 headset and it comes with two audio outputs, one for gaming and one for chat with a physical knob to switch between them. When i leave the audio output on game as it should be on default i cant hear most of the audio on my media and found that when i switch it to chat plex works fine.
This is an issue because chat output is 1 channel 16 bit 48000Hz whereas the game is 2 channel 16 bit 48000. I am not sure if the bug is from your side or from steelseries side so i am reporting it to both :).
Another note, This issue does not happen when i access plex through chrome or firefox, Just on the windows plex player.
