STILL can´t shuffle play collections

When using the Windows app and I try to press shuffle on a collection (or just press play on the whole collection) I get an error message saying:

"Playback Error

An error occurred loading items to play."

It worked a while ago and it still works on PlexAmp for iPhone.

Getting really really tired of all these bugs…

I´m far from alone with this problem.

Could a dev please acknowledge this issue is being worked on?

I suspect there are going to need to be logs provided for this issue. I tested with the version above (and I’m also on a macOS server) and it works either way (play collection or shuffle collection).

I wonder what those logs should contain though. It feels pointless to just upload some random logs as long as a dev doesn´t acknowledges my post.

That’s fair. Assuming it’s a client issue (since it’s working on at least one other app), Plex app logs can be collected as described here:

Server logs may still be necessary, though.

There was a few errors registered at the time of me reproducing the problem.
