I have an issue with the Collections not playing in certain circumstances. From any web browser, if I go to my TV Shows library, then the Collections “tab”, and try to play/shuffle the Collection there or even going into a Collection and play/shuffle from there I get “An error occurred loading items to play”. From the Android Plex app and a Nvidia Shield TV Pro I get the spinning loading circle forever. But it works just fine from a couple Roku devices I have. I can also go into the Collection, then into a specific Show and play/shuffle there just fine. It’s when I try to do play/shuffle the entire Collection is when the problem happens.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Server: Ubuntu Server v20.04.1 LTS running on TrueNAS-12.0-U1.1 (A virtual machine, not a plugin or jail)
