Still can't schedule recordings

I posted months ago about issues scheduling recordings for my local nightly news, and I’m still having the issue. I can schedule the 5 o’clock news just fine, but something breaks with the 6:30 one. I try to schedule it, either one episode or the whole series, and nothing happens.

If I schedule a recording for the whole series, the red circles show up on the Guide, but nothing shows in the DVR schedule.
