DVR Not recording scheduled records

I have a problem with the LiveTV/DVR section. If I add a tuner and a Plex supplied guide, then set a recording, it shows the red record button in the guide, but in the scheduled recording area it shows nothing to be recorded. In the sidebar it says no upcoming airings, but the guide clearly shows one coming up.

The program is not already in my library.

Any ideas?

I’ve tried deleting and re-adding the tuner it does not schedule the recording at all.

Scheduled recording “Airings” set to New Airings only + NEW in the guide and the episode not previously recorded or preset on disk = match and attempt at recording
Setting “Airings” to New and Repeats + the episode not previously recorded or preset on disk = match and attempt at recording

Sometimes the episode numbers can get mixed up and Plex will think you have already recorded it. What city and program? I can look at the epg to see if I spot anything.
