Upgraded to plex pass as having lots of issues with playback of music with plex/ alexa /sonos
One of the features which I was really needing to use was the stop playback function on the plex dashboard.
My understanding was if you hovered over the user name you would get a stop playback option.
This does not appear to happen for me. have seen other posts for this but nothing recent. could not find a solution.
Need it because when i use alexa to play music from plex the songs appear on the dashboard with no sound. they continue to play despite asking alexa to stop music. Any further requests just add another now playing to the dashboard so I can get 3 now playings running with no sound and with no way of stopping them.
