The Stop button doesn’t appear for users anymore, and I am a Lifetime Plex Pass member? Was this feature removed? Or is it just broken.

Ya, when I roll my mouse over nothing happens.
I’m using Chrome on a Windows 10 desktop. Just tested with Edge & Brave and works OK with those browsers as well.
Some things to check:
- Force reload the web page & clear the cache (Chrome: CTRL + reload button or CTRL + F5).
- Disable any cookie cutters, ad blockers, etc, or whitelist *.plex.tv and your local server IP address.
- Try a private / incognito window. That will bypass any browser add-ons.
Any difference if you point the browser directly at the Plex server? http://server_ip_address:32400/web
That should load an older version of Plex Web, probably 4.76.1 (the bundled version almost always lags the online version by a few releases).
Might help isolate when things stopped working.
What type of media are they playing? Movies, Music?
