I’ve run into a strange issue. What happens is, when I’m watching episodes, on autoplay, many times, an episode from Season 0 will try to play. Is there a way to keep autoplay strictly on the season I’m watching? Plex will play the episodes in order, but if a show has any Season 0 episodes, it will try to sneak them into the autoplay.
Does anyone else have this issue and if so, how can I stop it?

That has to do with air order. Plex attempts to play media in the aired order, so that is why it injects specials.
If this isn’t actually some special episode which belongs into the show / episode sequence, you could consider treating them as local extras instead. A lot of shows are listing media as specials that’s actually just some DVD extras like featurettes, interviews, making-of, behind-the-scenes…
The work around for this is marking the “Specials” season as watched whenever you start a show. That allows you to keep the specials without Plex thinking it’s helping by jumping back in autoplay.
I have always wished there was some kind of toggle to exclude all specials from autoplay, but in the absence of that, this does the trick.
