Weird playback behaviour on TV Shows: Specials & multi-episode files.

When selecting a show and pressing play, Plex starts with any/all the available extra-material and specials that’s not marked as watched… This is very annoying when starting to autoplay, or when continuing playback of a show… My guess is that this is because Plex starts playback at the lowest-numbered unwatched episode of the lowest-numbered season, and those videos (extras/specials) are in “Season 0”…

This behaviour is very odd, and should be changed so it doesn’t autoplay unless the Specials-“season” is explicitly selected for playback…

At least it should be possible to select preferred behaviour, but the way it is now should NOT be the default…

Ps: Manually setting every “season 0” for every show as watched for every user is not an acceptable work-around.

Also. The way Plex handles playback of multiple episodes in one file is not good enough. If auto-playing a season and there is a file with two episodes in it, that double episode will be played two times. If it’s a single file with 3 or 4 episodes it will be played 3 or 4 times respectively. And they won’t all be marked watched in the season list before it has been played once for each episode it contains… Or if you do it manually of course…

XBMC did this better even 4 years ago… Play the file once, mark all the containing episodes as watched and go to the next episode… Should have been implemented in Plex ages ago!

PPS: Splitting files is not an acceptable workaround, and should not be necessary…
