Strange issue causing Plex to “stall” for several minutes randomly

Server Version#: 1.28.1.6041

I’m having a very weird issue with Plex. Randomly (every 15-30mins or so) it “stalls” for a few minutes and then comes back on its own. Server is down for this period. I cannot find anything in the logs which suggest an issue. I’ve done a full server swap and it still happens.

I’ve done a database optimize, bundles, trash etc.

Docker logs don’t show anything weird

Can you provide some more info please about the operational environment?

Also, would it be possible to get a set of DEBUG logs which capture this happening?

If you can capture the logs right after a stall and then let me know when the stall began, I will look at the logs for a correlation.

This will cause all connections to reset. Players will have to time out and recycle the connection to recover/continue
