Strange MKV playback issue with PMS...

Everything was working flawless, playing all files, now updated to Version 0.9.1604.1911 and it refuses to play various mkv files. I tried all devices and same result. Worked fine on this file with Version 0.9.1600.1754. Any help would be appreciated.

Close the Plex server, restart it, wait two minutes, then play the file that causes a problem. Wait one minute, then close the Plex server and upload the server log for review.

Thanks for the quick reply. Hope this helps.

Tried leaving all directories and uninstalling PMS and reinstalling old version and now wont work. Have to erase and uninstall all PMS related items and then it will work on an older version. Something tells me it has to do with naming/xml retrieval… Let me know if this log shows you what the issue is. Thanks for your time!

So I understand - you upgraded, then you uninstalled and installed an old version, which somehow didn’t work. Then you removed all media and Plex server and then installed an older version again?

You can either free up space on the C drive, or you can change the transcoding location to another drive/partition that has enough space. The location can be changed on the transcode settings page.
