Strange remote-access buffering/speed issue?

Hi, I have the same issue, I am not limited in any way by hardware or internet, yet PMS can not go over 45 Mbps upload. Here is my post:

Remote access can not stream over 45 Mbps

Server Version#: 1.25.0.5282 Player Version#: doesn’t matter - affect all clients Hi. My plex media server is limited to 40-45 Mbps upload when remote playing. My internet upload is 300 Mbps, client download is 600 Mbps, yet if I play or try remote download, PMS will send at max 45 Mbps and it will cause stuttering with BD Rips.
