I recently started getting intrested in higher quality videos namely high bitrate 4k streams. I have streamed 4k video before but i was at a realativly low bit rate. but now im trying out for example Aquaman in 4K 52.7 Mb/s HEVC format. But when i stream it to my chromecast ultra it starts transcodeing the movie even when i but it on original quality no subtitles and original sound. The problem is my i5-4690k can’t keep up and it starts loading every 10 seconds exactly. Is there anything im doing wrong or should change. Make sure to ask if i forgot any info you need. Plus please dont say i need to transcode an optimized version first i allready have the movie and dont want to make a copy before i can watch that will take hours to complete.

Hi, I think I read that chromecast only checks the first audio stream. If that is true you just need to swap them so the AC-3 6 channel is first. Supported Media for Google Cast
