Server Online, No Connection from iOS apps

Server Version#: 1.19.4.2935

I’m running the PMS on a Windows 10. Everything on the PC looks good - it says the server is fully accessible outside my network, it plays content from my libraries, etc.

On both my iPhone and iPad outside the network, it’s saying that the server is offline. I’ve tried logging out of the server on both the PC and the app, and then logging back in. Same issue occurs.

Update a few hours later…

The server will also not connect to app.plex.tv when accessing remotely through a server on my phone and iPad. Everything at home plays well and it says there are no issues with the server.
