Streaming services scrobbler not working

Greetings.

I love the new streaming services sync feature. Something that finally convinced me to be a VIP member. Such a nice addition.

I am, however, having an issue with mine. I’ve linked Netflix and Prime Video but none of them get synced. It’s been about 6 days since I linked them. I just checked again now and looks like Prime Video synced a few episodes I watched earlier today, but still nothing from my historical watches on both Netflix and Prime. Also nothing from my watches the past few days.

I use this same email for my account(newtonnenz92@gmail.com). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no syncing with streaming services.
All Plex is doing is notify you about availability of titles on various streaming services. This is done with the help of justwatch.com
In no way is Plex able to access user account data on any streaming service.
