Server device : nvidia Shield pro 2019

Hello,
I have an issue with personal video content on shield plex server.
All videos recorded in landscape mode are well played.
However, for the video recorded in portrait mode, the video is streched horizontaly to fill the screen.
I can correct it per video as workaround using the video reading parameters.
I tested to read the files using VLC and no issue reported using that client.
It seems to have begining since the factory reset of my shield. I had to reinstall plex server.
