Stuck on "Refreshing guide data: Initializing"

Server Version#: 1.16.6.1592
Player Version#: 3.108.2
Naturally everything worked before I backed up and rebuilt my server. Now for the past month or so I have that status on my activity icon and I can’t get rid of it. Cancelling the refresh doesn’t do anything, nor does deleting the tuner (it actually shows back up after a while). Odd and annoying.

I have exactly the same issue, I’ve tried the following:

Stop Plex
Disconnect tuner, restart plex
Repair plex
uninstall plex
Stopping the plex tuner service

All without success.

Happily I also have Emby so I still have a DVR.

This isn’t critical to me either as I’m using Channels DVR, and I’m quite happy with it. Unfortunately my family doesn’t like it because they’re used to tuning by punching numbers, a feature that I’m hoping Plex DVR or Channels DVR will soon figure out.

No. No communications from anyone representing Plex.

Hopefully you can get some help. On my server this resolved itself some weeks ago.
